SHIPPING...
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options. We will notify you if there is an issue with filling your order. Shipping fees are based on your order's weight, destination and shipping method you choose. Shipping times are not guaranteed. We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Quality workmanship takes time, so please be patient. Please be aware that ordered items may arrive in separate boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS...
We do ship internationally to most countries, however our shopping cart is not configured for international shipping rates. Once you place your order, we will calculate the shipping and email you the correct cost. Uptown Country Home is not responsible for customs fees incurred upon the arrival of your package.
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES...
Items must be returned or exchanged to Uptown Country Home in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging with tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The following items are non-returnable: items purchased on sale, custom order items (including bedding, cribs, furniture, and items personalized). Please contact us if you are unsure if the item can or cannot be returned. Please contact us within one week of receipt of a non-returnable item to report any problems. All sales become final 14 days after you receive the item(s). Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s). All Returns must be accompanied by the Merchandise Return Form included with your shipment and ship your item(s) back to us. To download a new form click here returnform.pdf. We will send you confirmation via email when your return is processed, and your refund issued. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process a return and issue a refund from the time we receive your item. There will be a $10 restocking fee for all returned Dash and Albert rugs.
We strongly recommend shipping via UPS or FEDEX so you can track and insure your package. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

CUSTOM ORDERS...
Suddenly change your mind? No problem. You have up to 3 business days to cancel a custom order and have the amount refunded to your credit card. After 3 days, custom orders are non-refundable. If you are unsure of what is considered custom, please contact us to verify.
